Low Shipping Costs
Our freight prices are based on weight, and we usually deliver immediately ex-stock. During the peak season delivery times may be slightly longer. We do not apply any service charges.
We have very fast delivery times of accessories and spare parts. Usually we send your order the day after you have payed for it. When it comes to larger machines, your sales contact will inform you about the current delivery time.
Damage in transit
If on receipt you discover that something is missing or has been damaged in transit, you must inform the driver of this straight away. Please contact us if the carrier does not accept responsibility for the damage.
If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, please contact us at The Saw Doctor immediately. If we determine that the fault lies with us, you will receive a return code from us together with instructions for the return shipping. We will then take on the costs of return shipping, and arrange a replacement delivery without additional costs. When returning goods for other reasons: Please contact us to reach an agreement about the best action to take, to the lowest additional cost.
